Founding Partner, Robert Lewis to Present at the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals Conference in Denver

FLORIDA – October 8, 2019  – Robert Lewis a founding partner of Spiritus Law and a member of the Alcohol Industry Practice, will be presenting at the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals (NALCP) Conference taking place on October 16-18, 2019 in Denver. Rob will be speaking on the panel entitled  “Who is this federal agent at my door and what’s a TTB?” The panel discussion will focus on the TTB’s recent trade practice investigations in the alcohol market place and provide tips on effective cooperation and defense strategy.

NALCP is a nonprofit organization whose members include in-house liquor licensing and compliance professionals from industries such as restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels, grocery stores and other retail services specializing in retail liquor licensing. The organization sponsors an annual conference that features guest speakers from the licensing and compliance industry including liquor license legal professionals, consultants, service providers, governmental representatives and State and National restaurant association spokespersons.
